A Story With A Sad Ending But A New Beginning.
Violet and Finch is a movie published last year, you can find it on Netflix, this movie belongs to the genre of romance and drama, it was directed by brett Haley and the script was written by Jennifer Niven and Liz Hannah.
The story as such begins when Finch crosses Violet on a bridge, he knew who she was because they studied together and took the same course but they had never spoken before, apparently she was there because her sister had died in an accident right there, but he believed that she wanted to commit suicide and tried to cheer her up, and it is from that moment that Finch never leaves her alone.
The main characters are Violet and Finch who fall in love, and personally they seem to me characters with tragic stories but no matter what happened to them they are still beautiful people who have a lot to teach and who have reached a point where they have realized how valuable life is that you just have to enjoy it.
In the film we are told that Finch realizes how sad Violet was, and that she had stagnated in the past, and he was not very well either, he was very lonely and felt bad all the time but that did not stop him from erasing the sadness of Violet's face, and began to organize different adventures with Violet, in which she had to face that painful event, until in one of those adventures they kiss and realize how they feel for each other, and When Violet finally learned to enjoy her life, not forgetting her sister, Finch went through very difficult situations that led him to surrender and commit suicide, and although it was difficult for Violet to accept that she had lost him, she took it as she did. Finch would have liked it, she was happy for him and she had learned from him how to be happy without him.
Personally, I think it's a very interesting movie and it helps us understand that sometimes problems make us get stuck and don't allow us to move on, but really we are the ones who choose to stay there, and I feel like it's a good way to teach us that Mental problems and illnesses are not a game or a joke and they are just as important and deadly as common illnesses.
