We hope you are super good, this post is quite special, because we are going to give you tips to help you with the stress that we currently handle, with classes and work in a virtual way, that we usually feel a little stressed, exhausted, and we can even get to suffer some anxiety attacks. since a year ago, about, we have come with a situation that has effect to all the world, in all aspects, and one of that aspects was the emotional aspect. Too people has had depression, other people has had aliment trastorns, but the more repet feeling, we think is the stress, a state of mental fatigue, and this is for all the situations, like: virtual study or virtual work, confinement, etc. And, for that, we create this blog with some tips and recomendations for reducing or help to get rid of the stress situations

It should be clarified that apart from the tips that we will give, there is an important recommendation, although you can take into account using our tips, we recommend that you also talk to someone about your stress and concerns, because talking always makes you feel better.
