Time is money and people don't want to waste it on anything in the world ... even when they have free time or are on vacation. Many people need to have structured schedules and fill their time to feel good and think they are "wasting time." But to take care of mental and emotional health it is essential to have time to relax and although it seems contradictory, this is vital to be able to continue being productive afterwards.
A lot of people said that exercise is a good way to lower their stress levels,but you have to be careful you dont do too much if you do too much exercise, you increase the levels of a stress hormone (cortisol)and you end up felling worse.walking and swimming were the most popular forms of exersice.
